Ordering
Registration or registration as a guest is required for the purchase. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and thus acquires the right to purchase. Ordering takes place via the Internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You can choose and order products that are available to you in the online store in the product list. If a product is not in stock, we will notify you of the order change. Lizy Kids, online store, D & A UNITE d.o.o. reserves the right to extend delivery deadlines in case the product is not in stock or due to logistical problems.
Prices and invoicing
All product prices in the online store are final and do not include VAT. VAT is not calculated on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 of ZDDV-1. Prices are in euros (EUR). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and are valid until the date of publication of the new price list. Prices are valid only for purchases through the online store lizykids.si. The price does not include delivery, unless your one-time purchase is EUR 50 or more.
Prices are for information only and are subject to change without notice. In the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase. At the same time, the provider will try to find a solution that will be to the mutual satisfaction.
After the shipment of the ordered products, the bidder sends and issues an invoice to the buyer with a breakdown of costs, in pdf format, to the buyer’s e-mail address, and at the same time attaches it to the shipment. The order is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server and accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile.

Transfer to the provider’s account
In the case of payment by transfer to the provider’s account, you will receive a notification at the time of purchase with all relevant information about the account to which the transfer is to be made. Payment must be made no later than 3 days from the date of the order, otherwise the order will be terminated as unsuccessful.

Order cancellation
Registered userI can cancel your order on the same day of placing the order via your account on lizykids.si by clicking on the “Cancel order” button or by e-mail to info@lizykids.si. Unregistered users can cancel an order by email, subject to the same terms as registered users. An order that is not paid for within three (3) days from the date of the order will be automatically canceled.
Withdrawal from the order
In accordance with the provisions of 43.č. of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the consumer has the right to notify the company within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods that he withdraws from the order / contract, to the contact email address info@lizykids.si, without the need to state the reason for your decision.
A message is considered timely if it is submitted within 14 days in writing or by email. The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the products.
A return shipment of returned goods must be delivered within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal from the contract to the seller’s registered office: Lizy Kids, D & A UNITE d.o.o., Podvinci 41a, 2250 Ptuj. The return of the received products to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is NOT considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods (which in the case of shipment is charged according to the price list of the delivery service). Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all attached documentation and the original invoice. The bidder is not obliged to accept redemption shipments or shipments that do not meet the bidder’s general terms and conditions. Upon receipt of unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity and in the original packaging, in accordance with the law (snow within 15 days of receipt of the goods) return the purchase price received.
Pursuant to the provision of the third paragraph of 43.d. Article ZVPot, the company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and if the consumer does not bear any costs. Upon withdrawal from the contract where the discount code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the consumer. Only the amount paid is returned to the consumer.
In exceptional cases, when the products are not returned in accordance with ZVPot, we can offer the consumer the purchase of the product with the appropriate compensation, which is determined by the minutes upon return. Discounted purchases are taken into account upon confirmation by the consumer by e-mail.
